Shooting and Injuries in Harat al-Baraniyah - Tripoli... What is Happening?

The individual known as "M.N." opened fire towards both "M.H." and his brother "H.H." injuring them with gunshots in the Baraniyah area of Tripoli, and the shooter fled to an unknown location. The injured were transferred to the Islamic Hospital for treatment. There is a state of tension in the Harat al-Baraniyah area and the bridge, with reports indicating that several shops have begun to close their doors out of fear of renewed conflicts. Additionally, there is chaos and anger reported at the emergency entrance of the Islamic Hospital. It has been noted that the conflict stems from a previous altercation.
