A video circulated on Turkish news accounts documented a rare medical condition in a Turkish man who cannot stop laughing. Ali Tutar, a 42-year-old, appeared in a media interview due to his unusual condition, smiling and laughing continuously while speaking. He mentioned that this condition, the cause of which is unknown to him, has led him to prohibit himself from attending funerals because he laughs all the time.
