Lebanon: Missiles Fired at Israeli Aircraft That Broke the Sound Barrier

Israeli warplanes violated the sound barrier this evening, Thursday, in two waves over the areas of Nabatieh and the region of Tuffah, at a low altitude, creating a massive sound. The Israeli warplanes also breached the skies over the city of Sidon and the villages of the south at a low altitude, causing two strong explosions that were heard throughout the area. Air defense missiles were launched from Lebanon towards Israeli warplanes that broke the sound barrier over the south. In detail, the Islamic Resistance stated: "We fired anti-aircraft missiles at enemy warplanes within Lebanese airspace in the southern area, forcing them to retreat and withdraw."
