Leader of Ansarullah, Abdul Malik al-Houthi, condemned "the participation of some Arab regimes with the Israeli enemy under American supervision in military maneuvers, while the Gaza Strip suffers under the oppression of Zionist crimes." He questioned: "Why this collusion and cooperation with the Israeli enemy and the great negligence from most regimes and governments?" He pointed out that while many peoples sympathize with their hearts, they do not take effective action at a practical level, even in the simplest available steps. He explained that "the reality of the Israeli enemy and the American reality is not to the extent that we expect those regimes to see themselves in a position where they have no choice." He stated: "The Americans are pressuring our country on the economic front and are specifically seeking to entangle the Saudi regime. I advise the Saudi regime not to become embroiled against our country because we are at war, which is not new to us, and we are suffering greatly due to the aggression for years."
