The Israeli Home Front Command issued an urgent circular to Israeli citizens in northern areas. The text of the circular stated: "Have you received an alert about an incursion by an enemy aircraft? Remember that this is a different threat from rocket fire, but the method of defense against it is the same." It added: "Enter the protected area and wait for 10 minutes, unless another warning is received. If the aircraft changes its location, a warning will be issued according to the area where the danger exists."
