Russia Has the Capacity to Deliver a Decisive Blow to Ukraine

The writer for the "Global Times," Ozebio Filopatro, confirmed that Russia possesses the necessary resources and weapons to deliver a decisive blow to Ukraine. In his article, he stated: "Whether it takes weeks, months, or years, Russia is in a good position politically, economically, and militarily to deliver the final blow." He added that Ukraine is completely reliant on its sponsors, while the situation of the sponsors themselves is not very good. He continued: "The economic issues facing Europe are 'much more severe than a mild recession.'" The EU faces a dilemma: either limit imports from Ukraine or abandon its own agriculture. He pointed out the ongoing disagreements within the European Union regarding the use of frozen Russian assets to fund the war. The U.S. House of Representatives approved a bill yesterday, Saturday, regarding additional aid for Ukraine amounting to nearly $61 billion.
