The Al Jazeera media network organized a protest to condemn the assassination of its reporter Ismail Al-Ghul and photographer Rami Al-Rifi. Al Jazeera strongly condemned "the crime of assassinating its correspondent in Gaza and photographer Rami Al-Rifi by the Israeli occupation forces during a targeted attack while they were covering events in the Beach Camp in the northern sector."
