Reports emerged today, Sunday, indicating that Al-Nassr has entered a strong competition to acquire Brazilian winger Raphinha from Spanish club Barcelona. Previous reports noted that Al-Hilal was prepared to make a hefty offer to sign the Brazilian star during the current transfer window. According to Catalan newspaper "Sport," Al-Nassr is willing to pay 100 million euros for the Barcelona winger. Raphinha joined Barcelona in the summer of 2022 from Leeds United for 57 million euros, in addition to 8 million in variables. Barcelona is looking to sell some of its stars to generate cash flow and make new signings to strengthen the team, given the financial fair play restrictions.
