Continuous Shelling in the South... Hezbollah Targets Elon Settlement

The Israeli army conducted a series of airstrikes targeting the outskirts of Beit Leif and Wadi Muthallath between Beit Leif and Ramya. It also fired several artillery shells at the outskirts of the town of al-Jabin and Mount Blat near the town of Marwahin. Israeli aircraft breached the sound barrier over the Tyre area and various regions in southern Lebanon. In response, Hezbollah announced in a statement that it targeted the "Elon settlement with volleys of Katyusha rockets in retaliation for the martyrdom of two citizens in Kfarra." In a separate statement, it declared that its forces targeted an assembly of Israeli enemy soldiers around Cobra Hill with missile fire, and also targeted the Ramtha site in the occupied Shebaa Farms with missile fire, hitting it directly.
