Leila Abdul Latif described media figure and astrologer Maguy Farah as malicious and envious, claiming that she serves as a complex for her. Abdul Latif mentioned on lbci that "Saturn and Mercury will not tell her that there are assassinations and a bloody year; instead, she also receives information and shares it with people under the guise of predictions. She has started to make predictions and charges for them, meaning she has a price list for her services in this field."
Abdul Latif pointed out that Maguy Farah had previously stated there were no border demarcations, but the opposite has occurred. She added: "When I say that the person of this sign or that will experience this and that, and it's day by day, this is not astrology but a prediction. I do not believe in astrology at all. Were those who perished in the Turkey-Syria earthquake, for example, all from one sign? They were from different signs. There are a million books on astrology in the market; which one should you believe?"
She questioned: "Which person learned in the field of astrology? And where?" She considered that Farah underestimates people's intelligence by predicting someone's fate on a day-to-day basis, stating that this is not science. Some write horoscopes by hand, and it then becomes entertainment for people.
She added: "If she truly knew what would happen according to astrology, she would have avoided the incident that occurred in her house, and she would not have been robbed by her friend as she previously announced." She continued: "Hatred and envy give rise to this; if I didn't have relevance, she wouldn't have mentioned me." Abdul Latif concluded: "I and Michel Hayek are her complexes; she doesn't like anyone and doesn’t want anyone to take anything from her, whether it be journalists or others… thus, she has no friends."
