The Iraqi National Security Service announced today, Saturday, the arrest of one of the most dangerous leaders of ISIS, known as "Abu Hiba." The agency stated in a report that, "With accurate intelligence information and field monitoring that lasted for months, one of the most dangerous ISIS leaders (Abu Hiba) was captured, who is wanted under Article 4 of the Anti-Terrorism Law."
It added that "after extensive interrogation, he confessed to being part of ISIS within what was known as the (Fallujah State) and held the position of security chief for the state. He also confessed to the existence of a cemetery containing the corpses of martyrs from security personnel and unarmed citizens whom he had taken captive and participated in killing. Based on his directions, the location of the cemetery was revealed within Fallujah district, and the remains of the victims, three martyrs in total, were exhumed. Investigations are still ongoing to reach the other victims."
