Risks of Exposing "Bottled Water" to High Temperatures!

Risks of Exposing

Drinking bottled water exposed to high temperatures can lead to hidden health risks that many of us are unaware of. Sarah Lawson, a food safety expert, warns: "Do not drink bottled water that has been left in the sun or in hot environments, such as a car. Heat can cause harmful chemicals to leach from the plastic into the water. It's important to stay hydrated, but drinking bottled water exposed to heat is not safe. Always keep bottled water in cool containers to protect your health."

Experts explained that when bottled water heats up, chemicals from the plastic (such as BPA and phthalates) can migrate into the water, potentially making you feel unwell and causing health issues if consumed. If you drink warm bottled water that contains harmful chemicals, you may experience the following:

- Stomach issues: You may feel nausea or stomach pain.

- Headaches.

- Dizziness.

- Hormonal problems: Some chemicals can disrupt hormones, leading to more serious health issues over time.
