The Egyptian ambassador in Lebanon, Alaa Moussa, stated that "the aggression against the southern suburbs is condemned and Egypt's stance is clear that any attack on Lebanon is unacceptable, and any action that leads to escalation will negatively impact the entire region." He mentioned in an interview with "OTV": "The Egyptian Foreign Minister communicated yesterday with President Mikati and Minister Bou Habib, confirming to them that any aggression against Lebanon is rejected and that efforts are ongoing to achieve calm." Moussa emphasized that "all parties must exercise restraint, and we rely on diplomatic efforts to avoid expanding the confrontation, which would cause severe damage not only to Lebanon but to the entire region."
