Iran's mission to the United Nations stated that "the report from a media outlet about Tehran sending missiles to Russia is not true." It emphasized that "we are avoiding the delivery of any weapons, including missiles that could be used in the conflict in Ukraine." Two European intelligence sources had indicated that "dozens of Russian military personnel are being trained in Iran on the use of short-range ballistic missile systems (Fateh-360)." They added that they expect Iran to supply Russia with hundreds of satellite-guided weapons soon for its war in Ukraine.
