British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak confirmed today that he will make his country's defense industry ready for war, announcing an additional long-term funding of £10 billion ($12.43 billion) allocated for munitions in light of the ongoing war in Ukraine. In a press conference in Poland, speaking alongside NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, Sunak stated, "One of the key lessons learned from the war in Ukraine is that we need larger stocks of munitions and for the industry to be able to replenish them more quickly."
