On Wednesday, Israeli tourists were robbed in the villa they were staying in Costa Rica by gang members who broke in, bound them, and stole their money. Security footage from the villa shows the thieves attacking the Israelis.
According to the Israeli site "Walla", the Foreign Ministry stated: "The robbery incident that occurred in Costa Rica has been acknowledged and is being handled by the consul in Costa Rica and the Department for Israeli Citizens Abroad."
