The movie "Jawazat Toxic" continues to achieve success, surpassing 70 million Egyptian pounds in revenue internationally, outpacing all its competitors. Approximately 100,000 tickets have been sold in just 4 days of its screening in Saudi Arabia. The film stars Laila Elwi, Mohamed Anwar, Bayoumi Fouad, Malak Koura, Hedy Karam, Tamer Hossny, and several guest stars. It is written by Louay El Sayed and directed by Mahmoud Karim.

Mohamed Anwar's last cinematic work was the film "Al-Baaba" starring Amir Karara, written by Ehab Bleil and directed by Hussein Al-Monabawi. Also featured in the film were Yasmin Sabri, Mohamed Abdelrahman, Mohamed Mahmoud, Mohamed Abdelazim, Diaa Abdelkhalek, Dunya Maher, and others. In the same year, he appeared in the film "Baad El-Shar," starring Ali Rabie, written by Amin Gamal, and directed by Ahmed Abdelal, which also included Mirna Nour El Din, Os Os, Rana Rais, Bayoumi Fouad, and others.
