Closure of Factory After Counterfeiting Nescafé Bags!

As a result of investigations conducted by the Regional Directorate of Nabatieh in State Security, following a report published on May 27, 2024, by the page "We are the State," which indicated significant fraud and counterfeiting operations of Nescafé bags happening freely at a factory owned by someone from the Qabaisi family in Nabatieh, and after receiving a complaint from members of the legal department of "Pioneers of Justice" against the owner of the mentioned factory, it was revealed that the factory is located in the town of Ansar, in the Nabatieh district, owned by individuals H. Q. and A. H. A security patrol from State Security, accompanied by the head of the economy and trade department in Nabatieh, Mohammed Bitar, inspected the factory, where it was determined that there were no counterfeit or adulterated products.

As the Regional Directorate of Nabatieh in State Security continued to follow up on the matter, it found that there was a warehouse belonging to the factory in the town of Ansar. Upon inspection, boxes of the Nescafé mentioned in the circulated video were found, along with large quantities of expired chocolate, gelatin, and Maggi cubes. Consequently, the factory and the warehouse were sealed by red wax following the directive of the competent judiciary. The Directorate of Nabatieh summoned the owner of the factory and its employees and began the necessary investigations.
