Title: Arrest of Prostitution and Human Trafficking Networks

The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces - Public Relations Division issued a statement today, Saturday, stating: "As part of the ongoing work carried out by the Internal Security Forces to combat crimes and arrest their perpetrators, information was received by the Anti-Human Trafficking and Morality Protection Bureau within the Judicial Police Unit about the activity of networks facilitating prostitution and human trafficking inside a building in Jal el-Dib. These networks exploit several girls by securing clients for them to engage in sexual relations in exchange for monetary compensation."

Through extensive investigations and inquiries, a patrol from the aforementioned bureau, with the support of a force from the Judicial Police's Special Forces, was able to identify the location of members from three networks. In a coordinated and quality operation, they were arrested. The arrested individuals are:

- J. T. (born 1988, Syrian)

- I. Q. (born 1992, Syrian, according to her statement)

- H. A. (born 1994, Lebanese)

- I. H. (born 1995, Syrian)

- S. H. (born 1996, Lebanese)

- B. Sh. (born 1998, Syrian)

- N. R. (born 1999, Syrian)

- D. K. (born 2000, Syrian)

- H. M. (born 2002, Syrian)

- A. L. L. (born 2003, Syrian)

- N. K. (born 2003, Syrian, according to her statement)

- R. H. (born 2003, Lebanese)

- A. A. (born 2008, Syrian)

The investigation is ongoing under the supervision of the competent judiciary, and efforts continue to arrest all those involved.
