Al-Nassr Saudi Arabia has settled its position on the departure of Spanish player Aymeric Laporte and Brazilian Alex Telles, following rumors linking them to a move this summer. The club's management is looking to sign new foreign and local players while offloading some names, aiming to compete for all titles.
According to the newspaper "Okaz", the technical committee at Al-Nassr decided to keep Laporte, while aiming to sign a new foreign center-back to play alongside him. It was explained that Al-Nassr has decided to maintain the same foreign players for the upcoming season, with the exception of Alex Telles, should they secure a local left-back this summer as a replacement.
Al-Nassr had defensive struggles last season, conceding many easy goals, especially from the center and flanks. It is worth noting that Al-Nassr failed to win any local or continental titles last season, only managing to secure the Arab Championship for the first time in its history.
