Trump: We Are Heading Toward World War III

Former U.S. President Donald Trump announced via the "Truth Social" platform that "the stock markets are collapsing, job numbers are terrible, and we are heading toward World War III, with two of the most ineffective leaders in history." He stated, "This is not good!" Earlier, Trump accused President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris of being responsible for the decline in the U.S. stock market and the drop in stock exchanges worldwide. The Japanese stock market recorded its largest drop since 1987 on August 5, falling by more than 10%, as investor confidence in the Japanese stock market declined due to the rising yen, tightening monetary policies, and worsening economic data in the United States.
