Netanyahu: We Will Not Withdraw from the Philadelphia and Netzarim Corridors

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated, as reported by the Hebrew site "Walla", that "we will not withdraw from the Philadelphia and Netzarim corridors in any way despite intense pressure." In contrast, the newspaper "Yedioth Ahronoth" quoted Netanyahu saying, "It is not certain that an agreement will be reached, and we will not leave the Philadelphia corridor under any circumstances." Netanyahu indicated that he informed U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken that "we will continue until we eliminate Hamas." Israeli Channel 12 reported that Netanyahu stated, "If we reach an agreement, we will ensure that it preserves our interests." He added, "We are getting closer step by step to eliminating Hamas and achieving victory."
