Reports from Italian media claimed today, Wednesday, that Inter Milan officials have informed one of the team's players to find a new team during the summer transfer window. According to the Italian website "Tuttomercatoweb," Austrian forward Marko Arnautovic is no longer part of Inter's plans for the new season. The site mentioned that Inter sees the ideal solution for him is his departure and finding a new team to play for starting from the new season, especially since his salary is high for the budget of the Italian champions.
Marko joined Inter in the summer of 2023 from Bologna, and last season, he participated in 34 matches across all competitions, during which he scored 7 goals. On another note, the site pointed out that club president Beppe Marotta and the other officials are inclined to terminate Arnautovic's contract in the coming weeks if he does not find an opportunity to leave this summer. The Austrian forward has attracted the attention of Turkish team Trabzonspor, but there have been no concrete steps taken so far.
