The International Photography Festival "Exposure 2024" has revealed details of its cinematic program being presented for the first time this year, which includes 47 cinematic events. This features 20 workshops, discussion sessions, and live interviews with filmmakers. The program will showcase 27 documentary films at the eighth edition of the festival, organized by the "Sharjah Government Media Bureau" from February 28 to March 5 at the "Sharjah Expo Centre."
The cinematic program, organized in collaboration with Sharjah Media City "Shams" and Sharjah Academy of Performing Arts, comprises several sessions addressing key topics in the art of filmmaking, alongside training workshops designed to hone talents and develop skills, as well as comprehensive educational courses exploring specialized areas within the film industry.
"Exposure 2024" serves as an interactive exploration of photography and visual media, featuring 90 individual and group exhibitions showcasing 2,500 photographs by 400 global photographers. The festival also includes 66 workshops, 79 dialogue sessions, group discussions, and 50 portfolio review sessions with the participation of 150 of the world's leading visual storytelling artists.
