Real Madrid has failed to sign the young French defender, Lenny Yoro, who joined Manchester United in the past few hours. According to Spanish newspaper "Marca," there is currently no rush to sign another central defender, and the club is prepared to rely on Antonio Rüdiger and Éder Militão in this position. The newspaper added, "Tchouaméni played as a central defender on several occasions last season, and Carlo Ancelotti will use the midfielder there again if needed. Moreover, Jesús Vallejo is now expected to stay, providing another option."
It noted that it will be interesting to see whether this strategy will bear fruit for Real Madrid, after having played with only two natural center-backs for most of last season.
