Bahaa Rafik Hariri received a large number of delegations, influential figures, and personalities from Baalbek in the "Park Hotel" in Choueifat, where they presented their problems and demands, affirming their support for Bahaa Hariri’s project and his continuation of the path of his father, the martyred president Rafik Hariri. Hariri stated that "the correct path today is to return to Taif, as it is part of the Lebanese constitution, and it is capable of saving the country," emphasizing "the importance of Christian-Muslim coexistence," and pointing out "the necessity of engaging with the moderate Christian."
He said, "When I arrived in Baalbek, I felt that I was at home, among my family, for you are the loyal ones to my father's path, who had great affection for this region and its people. I assure you that I will continue on this path, for Rafik Hariri was a man of reconstruction, building, and modernity in a country that has suffered greatly from wars, devastation, and destruction. Therefore, we must redirect the course to the right path to lift the significant injustice deliberately inflicted on the Sunni community, and I believe that our Christian brothers reject this injustice we are facing, especially since the Sunni community's project will run parallel to the state project."
He promised to "launch a large number of sustainable projects within a master plan that will encompass all of Lebanon," noting that "there is special attention to supporting and developing the agricultural sector in the Beqaa region, given the importance of this sector and its positive implications for all citizens in the area." Hariri reiterated his belief that "the quadrilateral alliance was a political heresy and far from the school of the martyred president Rafik Hariri," stating, "Now is the right time to enter the political arena, as we belong to a well-known political house, and we will work within a national rather than a sectarian project."
