Minister of Environment Nasser Yasin stated today, Wednesday, that "the stockpiles of fuel, medicine, food, and oil are secured in case the war expands." He noted that "fuel is secured for about four weeks due to the lack of storage space," reassuring that food supplies are secure. He mentioned that efforts are underway to secure essential materials through international organizations. Regarding medicine, Yasin stated that Health Minister Firas Al-Abyad has been monitoring the readiness of the health sector for some time, and today he is presenting updates to the government. Yasin, in an interview with "Voice of Lebanon," confirmed that shelters are secured for approximately one million Lebanese. He emphasized that the government is working to expand the emergency plan to match ongoing developments, pointing out that the plan has been in effect since last October in coordination with international organizations.
