Mayor of Kiryat Shmona: 9 Million Israelis in Panic

Kiryat Shmona Mayor Avichai Shtern announced today, Tuesday, that "9 million Israelis are living in a state of panic and under threat" as the northern front of Israel is ignited by attacks from Hezbollah, amid Israeli anticipation of an Iranian response. The mayor added that "Israel should deliver a preemptive strike on Iran," following his statement from the day before, on Sunday, where he called for burning Beirut and Tehran in what he termed a preemptive attack to restore deterrence for Israel. Today, the Nahariya city hospital reported that the number of injuries from a Hezbollah drone explosion in Western Galilee has risen to 19, with one in serious condition, while Israeli media confirmed the death of a person in an explosion caused by a drone that fell on a vehicle in the city.
