The Political Bureau of the "Amal" Movement pointed out that "the escalation of political rhetoric from some forces, which have bet on the disintegration and breakdown of the state and its administrations through the continuous drive towards disabling constitutional institutions, leading to doubts about military and security institutions, poses an imminent risk to general stability, coinciding with the confusion surrounding the start of the academic year in public schools and the Lebanese University. This situation obliges everyone to reconsider their assessment of the risks and facilitate any effort that leads to an agreement on resolving outstanding issues and focusing on unifying internal wills in light of this situation." During its regular meeting chaired by Jamil Hayek with the presence of members, it was stated that "everyone must realize that obstinacy and raising the bar in political rhetoric and skepticism will only lead to increased anxiety and despair among the Lebanese regarding these leaders and their future."
The bureau congratulated all Lebanese, especially Muslims, on the occasion of the blessed Prophet's birthday, wishing that "this occasion would be a time to reflect on our realities in all fields concerning fragmentation, crises, and wars that are sweeping through the Muslim world, the worst chapters of which include the Takfiri terrorism that has spared no country or component, with its latest criminal atrocities being the bombing of the two mosques during prayers in Pakistan." It also congratulated the birth of "the sixth Imam of the Ahl al-Bayt, Imam Jafar al-Sadiq," reaffirming "the same meanings in the birth of this great Imam who enriched the civil, jurisprudential, theological, and legislative structure in the Islamic world with his significant contributions and the behavioral and educational path he laid down, which remains a guide for us and for those committed to religious and ideological adherence, that we be advocates without tongues."
