The spokesperson for the Tunis Primary Court has announced the detention of the CEO of Tunisair in connection with the case of the Secretary General of the Tunisian Airlines Union, Najm Eddine Mazzoughi. In detail, the public prosecution of the Tunis Primary Court ordered the detention of Najm Eddine Mazzoughi after he was arrested at one of the border crossings based on his inclusion in a search warrant issued by the prosecution regarding charges related to "forgery of academic certificates, facilitating prostitution, and bribery through collecting financial sums to intervene in hiring and promotions within Tunisair." The public prosecution also instructed the personnel of the Criminal Cases Department in El Ghazala to extend the detention of the Secretary General of the Tunisian Airlines Union for an additional 48 hours. Regarding the CEO of Tunisair, the spokesperson for the Tunis Primary Court stated in a comment to "Mosaic" that he will appear before the public prosecution.
