American Adin Ross revealed that he lost his battle against Argentine star Lionel Messi, the Inter Miami forward, regarding Messi's new mansion, which was a dream for the American streamer. Messi resides in a luxury mansion in Miami valued at over $10 million, which he moved into in September after joining Inter Miami FC in the summer of 2023, following the end of his contract with Paris Saint-Germain.
In a video posted on social media, Ross claimed he competed with Messi to win the house, which he called the "Dream House," but the Argentine star won the battle. He said, "The house was auctioned, and I liked it and wanted to get it, but now I have to build my own home because it has become impossible for me to get it."
Ross continued, "The auction for the house took place, and a very famous and extremely wealthy professional athlete entered the competition, and he was able to seal the deal... It's Messi." He added sarcastically, "I believe Messi's parents or grandparents wanted a place for their grandchildren who were playing a game, but in the end, they won the house."
Ross expressed his sadness and heartbreak over losing the mansion, saying, "I couldn't make it to the appointment, and the negotiations for obtaining it started, and that's all there is to it." He did not reveal the details regarding Messi's timing for purchasing the house, nor whether it was before Messi's recent Ballon d'Or win, but it is confirmed that Messi bought the mansion in September.
Adin Ross, 23, is known for appearing on live video streams with celebrities, and has approximately 3.93 million subscribers on his channel, active since 2014, garnering over a billion views. Reports in September indicated that Messi purchased a mansion worth $10.75 million in Fort Lauderdale.
The mansion spans 10,500 square feet, featuring eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a garage spacious enough for three luxury cars, and a swimming pool. It is located on a cul-de-sac and boasts a 170-foot waterfront on Bay Colony. The neighborhood where Messi resides also includes American streamer Patrick Bet, who purchased his mansion in 2021 for $20 million.
