Former U.S. President Donald Trump has criticized Prince Harry for what he described as "unforgivable treason" against the late Queen Elizabeth II. He also criticized the Biden administration's handling of the Duke of Sussex's request for a U.S. residency visa, in which he admitted to drug use. Trump told the "Sunday Express," "I will not protect him. He has betrayed the Queen; this is unforgivable. I think they were very generous with him after what he did." The Duke of Sussex, 38, admitted to using cocaine, smoking cannabis, and taking hallucinogenic drugs in his memoir titled "Spare." It is unclear whether Harry, who moved to California with his wife Meghan Markle in 2020, disclosed details about his drug use in his visa application. According to U.S. immigration laws, an individual's current or past status regarding drug use or criminal activities may render the applicant ineligible for a visa. Trump warned Prince Harry of consequences should he win the upcoming U.S. elections.
