According to Axios, citing sources, "CIA Director William Burns will participate tomorrow in a meeting in Doha with Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman, and the heads of Mossad David Barnea and Egyptian intelligence Abbas Kamel." The sources indicated that "Hamas clarified that its representatives will not join the talks on Thursday and will meet with mediators after receiving an update regarding the ceasefire agreement in Gaza and the exchange of prisoners."
