Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo revealed a "surprise" for his fans around the world, as his team "Al Nassr" faces confusion and turmoil on both administrative and technical levels. On Wednesday, Ronaldo announced through his official account on "X" the launch of his channel on "YouTube," stating: "The wait is over.. My YouTube channel is finally available, subscribe and join me on this new journey."
The announcement came just days after Al Nassr suffered a heavy 1-4 defeat against their rival Al Hilal in the Saudi Super Cup final. Following the loss, there were major issues within the Al Nassr team, including the resignation of Ibrahim Al Muhaideb, the president of the non-profit corporation for Al Nassr. Reports also mentioned a crisis between Ronaldo and some of his teammates, including Senegalese Sadio Mane, who seems to be on his way out of the "global" team.
Al Nassr is preparing to play its first match of the new season in the Saudi League against "Al Raed" tomorrow, Thursday.
