Israeli Officers to Halivi: The Situation in Gaza is Still Far from Victory

Israeli Channel 14 reported a message from officers who were in the Gaza Strip addressed to Israeli Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi, where the officers indicated that "the situation in Gaza is still far from victory." They expressed their astonishment at the repeated statements from senior military ranks that victory is near. The Israeli officers stated, "We who came from the field know well that the situation is still far from victory." In reference to the Al-Qassam Brigades, Al-Quds Brigades, and other Palestinian factions, the officers mentioned in the message that "the enemy still has cross-border capabilities, drones, and a massive tunnel infrastructure."
