Israeli reports have quoted Turkish media with warnings directed at Israel, including: 'Israel attacked 70 kilometers from our border... We will not hesitate to engage in war.'
During a live broadcast, Turkish national security expert Metin Yeter expressed his anger over the strike, delivering a direct message to Israel, saying: 'If you have the courage, let's fight.'
According to Israel's Channel 12, the headlines in Turkish newspapers reflected the level of escalation in media rhetoric, with the newspaper 'Turkey' leading its front page with the title 'Dangerous Provocation by Israel.'
Meanwhile, the newspaper 'Takvim' adopted an even harsher tone, stating that 'Israel's problem is Turkey.'
This media escalation comes amid growing sensitivity over Israeli military moves in Syria, especially near areas close to the Turkish border, amid concerns that any expansion of operations could affect security balances in the region.
