Coalition: Thwarting Attack with Two Explosive Boats by Houthi Militia

The Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen announced on Saturday that it had thwarted an attack using two explosive boats by the Houthi militia. The coalition confirmed the "destruction of the explosive boats in Al-Salif, Al-Hudaydah Governorate during their preparation process." It pointed out the "continuing violation by the Houthi militia of the Stockholm Agreement through hostile operations in Al-Hudaydah Governorate." The coalition emphasized the "ongoing threat from the Houthi militia to international navigation and trade routes in the southern Red Sea." On Saturday morning, the coalition revealed it had intercepted and destroyed a bomb-laden drone belonging to the Houthi militia in Yemeni airspace, which was launched towards Khamis Mushait. The coalition condemned the "continued deliberate targeting by the Houthi militia of civilians and civilian objects," stating that it was taking "operational measures to protect civilians and address the imminent threat." Previously, on Friday evening, the coalition announced the "destruction of an enemy aerial target launched by the Houthi militia toward Saudi Arabia."
