Data from the Ministry of Health revealed today, Friday, that after 4 months of the vaccination campaign in Israel, over 5 million individuals have received their second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Along with the success of the campaign, the government has gradually begun to ease restrictions, especially for the vaccinated and recovered individuals. Since last Sunday, wearing masks is no longer mandatory in open spaces. Israel, with a population of 9 million, launched its vaccination campaign on December 19 of last year. Health Minister Yuli Edelstein celebrated this historic step today, describing it as a "huge achievement for the health sector and the citizens of Israel."
