The Iraqi news agency and health sector officials reported on Tuesday that the total number of deaths from the fire at the hospital designated for COVID-19 patients in Iraq has risen to 92, after some patients with severe burns passed away. More than 100 others were injured in the fire, which an investigation revealed started due to an electrical short circuit in damaged wiring, extending to an oxygen tank and causing it to explode.
