Apple has set a date for a new conference next Monday, drawing attention once again in the year of smart devices. The event is anticipated to unveil new Mac devices, most notably the awaited new version of the MacBook Pro featuring Apple’s new Silicon processor, as well as the third generation of the wireless AirPods.
The anticipated conference will take place online at 8 PM Saudi time, due to the conditions imposed by the pandemic since last year, allowing viewers to watch from various devices on Apple's YouTube channel. Apple's marketing head, Greg Joswiak, shared a new promotional video for the company’s upcoming conference, highlighting the title of the event: "Unleashed."
The title suggests the significant speed boost provided by the processor that will power the new Mac devices. The star of the conference will be the second generation of Apple’s Mac processors, the M1X, accompanied by two new Mac devices, one being a new MacBook Pro with a Mini LED display similar to the iPad Pro 2021, in addition to a revamped Mac Mini with enhanced design and stronger performance.
Early leaks indicate that the new device may feature more ports than previous versions, including two Thunderbolt/USB 4 ports and two USB Type-A ports. It is also expected that Apple will announce the MacBook Pro with 14 and 16-inch Mini LED displays featuring slimmer bezels, and the absence of the Apple logo below the display, similar to the iMacs from 2021.
The main version is expected to offer 16GB of RAM and a storage space of 512GB. It is worth noting that Apple held a conference earlier in September 2021, where it revealed the new iPhone 13 series, which included four new iPhone models bearing the same design as the previous generation but offering improvements in performance, camera, and battery life.
