Italian media reported that a seven-year-old Italian girl is making doses of cocaine for her mother and grandmother, who have been imprisoned. The investigation revealed that the girl accompanies her mother during sales in the car to act as a lookout. The mother and grandmother could earn up to 2000 euros daily from this operation. They were arrested along with six others during a police raid in the Rome area. They are being prosecuted for drug trafficking, money laundering, and exploitation of minors, according to the public prosecutor's office.
