According to Russia Today, the conference "Recovery of Stolen Iraqi Funds" has commenced in the capital, Baghdad. It was reported that the conference started this morning with the presence of Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi and the Secretary-General of the Arab League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit. Additionally, Arab and international delegations are participating in the conference, which aims to assist Iraq in recovering its "stolen" funds.
