The Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, congratulated the Lebanese President Michel Aoun on the occasion of the formation of the Lebanese government. The royal court posted on Twitter: "His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of the State, sent a congratulatory message to His Excellency President General Michel Aoun, President of the sisterly Republic of Lebanon, on the occasion of the formation of the Lebanese government."
