1. Open the "Settings" app and tap on Cellular (or Mobile Data, depending on your region).
2. Tap on "Cellular Data Options."
3. Press on Voice & Data.
4. To turn off 5G, tap on 4G. This will set your iPhone to use only the 4G network.
