Health Risks of Tight Clothing

Dr. Ivo Griebe stated that tight clothing is not only uncomfortable but also poses health risks, as it prevents air circulation, leading to heat accumulation under the clothes and making it difficult for sweat to evaporate through the skin.

The German internal medicine physician added that the inability of sweat to evaporate leads to an increase in body temperature, which can result in circulatory problems such as headaches, difficulty concentrating, and fainting.

Additionally, the accumulation of heat under tight pants can negatively affect the reproductive organs in both men and women, potentially limiting sperm production in the testicles and promoting vaginal fungal infections. Tight pants can also lead to back pain.

To avoid these health risks, it is advisable to wear clothing that fits properly and has a comfortable cut.
