The Prophet's Mosque Open for Prayer Without Appointment or Permit

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia announced today that there are no requirements for booking or permits to pray in the Prophet's Mosque. The ministry clarified that prayer in the Prophet's Mosque does not require a permit through the "Eatmarna" app, nor does it need an appointment. However, it is mandatory to present the "Tawakkalna" app, and the individual's health status must indicate that they are "fully vaccinated with two doses" against COVID-19, or "recovered," or "vaccinated with the first dose and completed 14 days following." According to Saudi newspaper "Okaz," there are no specific times for obligatory prayers in the Prophet's Mosque. For prayer in the Noble Rawdah and visiting the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), a permit through the "Eatmarna" app is required, and the ministry urged individuals to continuously check the app for booking availability based on available times. The ministry also noted that entry to the Prophet's Mosque requires showing the "Tawakkalna" app.
