The CEO of Fly Dubai, Ghaith Al Ghaith, announced that the company has informed its employees who chose to take unpaid leave due to the COVID-19 pandemic to return to work starting next month, June 2021. Al Ghaith mentioned during a session at the Virtual Travel Market 2021 that the company prepared a timeline last week for reintroducing employees to service. He noted that due to the pandemic and the cessation of flights, a significant number of employees opted for unpaid leave, which reflects their commitment to the company. The decision to bring them back to work indicates Fly Dubai's ongoing efforts to retain its employees.
