Former Manchester United player Patrice Evra revealed details about the foods preferred by Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo and his diet. In an interview with "Talk Sport," Evra noted that his friend Ronaldo is "very generous and kind," although people often do not see these traits.
Evra jokingly stated, "Never have lunch with Ronaldo, because at that time, you will only eat salad and chicken, and you won't drink soda, just water."
The French player emphasized Ronaldo’s commitment to daily training, mentioning that he often stayed on the field after all the other players left, sometimes training twice a day, according to a report by British newspaper "The Sun."
Ronaldo's former chef, Giorgio Baron, also revealed insights into the athlete's dietary regimen after his move from Juventus to Manchester United. The renowned chef managed Ronaldo’s diet throughout his time in Italy while he played for Juventus.
In a conversation with British newspaper "The Mirror," Baron explained that the secret to Ronaldo's diet is not found in expensive foods but rather in their healthiness. He mentioned, "I prepared organic foods, fish, chicken, veal, eggs, avocados, coconut oil, and brown rice."
Baron highlighted that Ronaldo preferred a high-protein diet with minimal sugars, fats, and carbohydrates. He also stated that the Portuguese star enjoyed seafood, such as shrimp and octopus, in addition to whole grains and salads.
