An outraged employee took a devilish and insane revenge on her manager after being placed under pressure, as she exploded an oil warehouse and nearly caused a major disaster. The British newspaper Daily Mail revealed that the employee, who worked in Thailand, exploded an oil warehouse because she was fed up with her manager due to repeated complaints, which put her under stress.
On November 29, 38-year-old Ann Sreeya set fire to a piece of paper and threw it into a fuel container, causing a fire that swept through the Prabakorn oil warehouse in Nakhon Pathom province. Authorities arrested her, and she confessed to committing arson, claiming it was driven by stress caused by her employer, 65-year-old Pipat Ongprabakorn, according to the police.
Surveillance footage shows Sreeya, who was working as the warehouse manager, entering the warehouse holding what appeared to be a piece of paper before walking behind a row of containers. Another clip shows flames glowing above a container in the single-story warehouse that stores thousands of gallons of oil.
The fire, which caused damages amounting to £900,000, spread quickly due to flammable materials in the tanks, with dramatic images depicting fireballs and thick smoke rising from the warehouse, as reported by Youm7. Over 40 fire trucks worked to extinguish the flames, while video footage showed firefighters spraying water from high-pressure hoses onto the charred structure.
