Lebanese Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Mohamed Fahmy, expressed gratitude in a statement issued by his office to King Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and His Royal Highness Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif for their kind humanitarian gesture allowing Lebanese goods that were stranded at the Saudi border and in the port of Jeddah to enter the Kingdom. The statement added that Fahmy was not surprised by the positive response from Saudi Arabia, affirming his belief that the Kingdom of Good would spare no effort in reconsidering its recent stance, especially during this critical phase that Lebanon and its people are going through.
